Meet Our Staff

Dr. Kellie E. Barnes

Dr Barnes was born and raised in Oklahoma City.  She went to college at the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma and attended Dental School at the University of Oklahoma College of Dentistry in Oklahoma City.

After graduating from dental school, Dr Barnes served in the Indian Health Service with the Cherokee Nation in Stilwell, Oklahoma.  She then became an associate dentist at a private practice in Rogers, Arkansas before setting up her practice in Fayetteville.

Dr Barnes and her husband Jeff live in Fayetteville with their “baby”, an English Bulldog named Clementine.  They enjoy traveling and spending time with family.

Cassandra-Front Desk & Dental Assistant

Cassandra Hensley, RDA
Cassandra started out at the front desk as a teen and has expanded her education over the years to include dental assisting.  Dedicated to an excellent patient experience in our office she shares all she knows about insurance coverages and treatment so you are educated and can make a comprehensive decision financially about what treatment is recommended by Dr. Barnes.  She has two children at home.   Kole, her daughter; and Rocco her dog.  Cassandra enjoys spending time with Kole in the great outdoors hiking, swimming and camping.   Music, singing and movies are also some favorites.

Samantha-Hygenist

Samantha grew up in Hot Springs, Arkansas.   She went to college at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and graduated with a Bachelor of Science In Dental Hygiene from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock. She earned a graduate degrees in Health Services Management at Webster University. Samantha enjoys being with friends and family, outdoor activities, and travel.
